CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, if for any reason you are not happy with a product, you may return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the good’s value. Returns will only be accepted for items that have not been used and are in their original packaging. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

with your invoice or order number. We’ll email you back with the address to send your return to.
We suggest you send your return parcel via registered post so that it can be traced. We’re unable to refund items that are lost in the mail. You are responsible for all return freight charges. You’ll be refunded the product once we have received the item back. Please allow up to 7 days for returns to be processed.
If an item is received faulty then we’ll gladly replace or refund it provided you contact us within a reasonable time. Please email email@example.com
with details of the fault and if possible include a photo.
Most orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after your order payment has been fully processed. Arrival times vary by proximity and selected service.
Shipping rates are generated automatically during checkout process.
Shipping days begin counting the first business day following the date a package is tendered to the shipping carrier, e.g. a 3 day express package given to shipping carrier on Friday will arrive the following Wednesday. (3 shipping days, counting from Monday)
Check with us regarding shipping around major holidays as there may sometimes be slight delays in order processing time.
